Courage
We live in a world where our desire for more is often overshadowed by our need to feel safe and belong
We all have something special inside of us, something that we know will make change for ourselves and others. A burning desire to be who we are supposed to be and do what we are supposed to do.
In some cases, who we really are, and what we really want is buried so far beneath others’ expectations that we find making decisions that truly align with our authentic selves and path so hard to do. It can be easy to feel like we have to suppress those feelings inside of us, to belong and not stand out. What if people don’t like who we are? What if we’re not “perfect”? What if we don’t fit in to current social norms and constructs?
It’s exhausting and overwhelming not honoring our desires to be more of who we are, which is why we’re committed to creating spaces and sparks so people can find the courage to take the next steps in truly being themselves. Clearing the way so people can make the decision to take the risk on themselves so they can truly live the life they want to live.
We are against the inaction that comes from self-doubt
Self-doubt can too easily and too often creep in through the cracks of people’s self confidence. It causes them to question their capabilities and can often show up in isolated moments or spirals of inaction. It erodes their courage.
It’s the self-doubt that stops people from getting on with the things that really matter to them. And stops them from pursuing the dreams that they have inside of them.
It’s this inaction that perpetuates the self-doubt and holds people back. A vicious cycle of discouragement that easily weakens determination and makes the world and decisions feel intimidating and inhibiting instead of inviting and inspiring.

Confidence doesn’t always show up when we need it, but it is the very thing that spurs us into action and makes us believe in the power of our dreams and that anything is possible.
It’s not always easy to shift a mindset from hope to belief, from fear to faith. But we know, the more people believe in themselves, the more they can achieve. They will take control, make decisions and take the necessary risks on themselves that they might not normally take. They will have the courage to show up in the world, despite how self-doubt is telling them not to.
